Ride Support

If you are a frequent rider, you already know about SAG services. If you are new to organized rides, SAG stands for Support and Gear. We offer SAG services for the entire bike ride, available through calling our special SAG hotline. We normally operate five to seven SAG vehicles to ensure complete route coverage.

Our SAG vehicles provide assistance if you have a flat tire, need bike repairs, need additional food/drinks between rest stops, if you need medical assistance, or if you decide to call it quits before reaching the finish line.
